I understand that my services are to be performed subject to the rules and regulations of Horse Creek Wildlife Sanctuary and that violations thereof shall be cause for immediate dismissal of my services.  All services performed by me are strictly voluntary, without pay or compensation of any sort and without liability of any nature on behalf of Horse Creek Wildlife Sanctuary.  I further acknowledge that all services are performed at my own risk.

I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Horse Creek Wildlife Sanctuary, its trustees, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, causes of action, demands, judgments or fees which could in any way be associated with or connected with my services thereto and for any and all personal injury or personal property damages resulting from such volunteer work.  This includes, but is not limited to, animal bites, accidents or injuries.
