Tilly came to Horse Creek on July 11, 2003. She has been with us ever since.
Tilly has been one of the unlucky ones. She is a good girl, but she has been overlooked. After so much time at Horse Creek, she considers it her home. She has had a fulfilling career here helping young puppies to learn manners. She has her daily routine, and we know her life is vastly better than many other dogs.
There’s nothing we wish for more than for Tilly to have a chance at a home of her own. She needs and deserves her own family and all the extra affection and attention that brings. But it would take her a few weeks to adjust to a new situation.
Tilly has the beginnings of some arthritis, and she has lost a couple of teeth. Just because she has a little age on her doesn’t mean she is not still a wonderful dog with years of love and affection to share.
Tilly would be a great companion to someone who lives alone and wants a loving spirit in the house who would also scare away any stranger!
