Abbey, along with her five puppies, arrived at Horse Creek from the animal shelter on May 6, 2010.  We are not sure what she might be--but we think we can see a little Dachshund, maybe some Jack Russell Terrier, or possibly a smidge of Beagle in her pedigree?  Abbey does not care in the least! 

Abbey is a super sweet girl.  She has been a wonderful mommy!  She still spends some time with her babies, teaching them how to be sweet, adorable puppies.  But she also enjoys some quiet time on her own.

Abbey plays well with other dogs but prefers affection from people.  She is all finished raising her litter, and now she would like to be the one being cared for.  She deserves the opportunity to know what it feels like to be the center of attention.  She would make a great addition to a loving home!
